Finding
Orlando retail space does not have to be a daunting experience. My
partners and I began searching for property in which to open our own
small sandwich shop in this area of Florida and we began to run into
a lot of dead-ends. Some of the properties that we were shown and
really liked, seemed to become unavailable almost as soon a we saw
them. Two of the properties we were shown in the morning of one day
and, by that same afternoon, the properties were already under
contract. We decided to look at some other options. When we found
Century Retail, our lives became much easier. We were no longer
running to and fro, looking at properties that may or may not be
suitable to our needs or in locations that were not really where we
wanted to go only to learn that any property we were remotely
interested in, was already under contract. With the new company, we
were taken to properties that met our needs and were in the areas we
wanted to do business in. Our search immediately seemed much
easier.
In
short order we found the perfect property that met our needs and was
in a perfect location. There were no other sandwich shops in the
immediate area and the traffic was good. We should have plenty of
customer interest to support our endeavors. The location was in close
proximity to our residences so no long commutes would be needed.
While we didn’t expect to have to be on site all the time, we did
know that for a period of time at least, we would be needed there in
order to guide the business in the direction we wanted it to go.
